They screwed up 1,000,000 absentee forms! They should have to answer to Ohio state for that. The McCain campaign should pay for the printing and redistribution of the new forms. They should also have to make a formal apology to the state of Ohio and pay for an on air TV apology. The McCain campaign is filled with straight-up idiots!!

It gets worse. MUCH worse.

This is the Obama camp voter registration form. It also includes a tool to help you find where your Polling Place is. And it helps you register to vote absentee.

This election is crucial. Not only does it set America's path for the next 8 to 50 years (Supreme Court) it also determines whether or not we can function as a first-world democracy or if we are some kinda vote-stealing 'banana republic'.

In Ohio, the McCain camp BUNGLED, repeat BUNGLED almost a million absentee ballot registration forms.
To anyone who received one, the McCain camp passed out botched forms that included a box that was not necessary that many people did not check.

The OH Department of Elections or whatever is sending out new ballot applications to those that were affected, but it may get lost in the mail. So, if you had received one from the McCain camp, then you should watch your mailbox for the next 3 weeks, and if you don't receive one, call the elections office in your district to make sure you are properly registered.

I whole-heartedly agree with you AgentX. The foreclosure loophole they're using is pathetic. The tactics that were felt during the primaries were just a taste. We have to bring people out full force with the absentee vote and verifying registration! A person can start voting October 7th!!

I so feel where you are coming from on this topic! Every time I hear the term African AMerican, I throw up a little in my mouth.
